Some ordinances that have been passed by the Town of Cutler Bay.
Cutler Bay Urban Center District (UCD) Ordinance the master plan for downtown Cutler Bay.
07-06. Fencing Ordinance - passed at the February 21st, 2007 town council meeting. This ordinace states that all fences are erected with the finished side facing outward, and restricts the use of chain link fencing in front yards and corner lots.
07-08. Ex Parte Ordinance - passed at the February 21st, 2007 town council meeting. This ordinace establishes procedures governing ex parte communications.
07-10. Boat Storage Ordinance - passed at the April 11th, 2007 town council meeting.
08-11. Building Moratorium Ordinance - passed on May 21, 2008. Building moratorium for site plans that include non-residential mixed use buildings that exceed 50,000 square feet, with exemptions for building to "green" standards.
08-12. Building Moratorium Ordinance - passed on June 18, 2008. Building moratorium for site plans that include residential and mixed use buildings less than 50,000 square feet, with exemptions for building to "green" standards.
